Who can feature in a film?

Anyone can feature in one of our films, everyone has a story to share.

Where can filming take place?

We film in every capital city in Australia with no additional travel costs. Other Australian cities and regional areas require an additional travel fee. Please get in touch and we can provide a quote.

Can I commission a film as a gift?

Our films are ideally suited to be a gift. Many customers have commissioned a film for a partner, parent or grandparent’s birthday or anniversary. All you need to do is get in touch with us, let us know you want to commission a film as a gift and we can contact you and your loved one with more information.

How long does filming take?

Filming usually takes between 3-6 hours+ in the home, depending how complex you want your film to be. Please take a look at our packages here to find out more.

Can filming take place anywhere or just the home?

Filming is ideally suited in the home of the person being filmed as home environments tell us a lot about a person’s story i.e. photos, personal memorabilia etc. However, if a home environment is not available, we can work with you on alternative locations.

What if my family member is reluctant to be filmed?

Many people feel apprehensive or shy about the idea of being in a film about their life. It’s only natural. However part of our expertise is to make you feel relaxed and at ease in front of the camera. Filming with us is a fun, relaxed process and there is absolutely no pressure to be anything but yourself. We are happy to have a reassuring chat with potential film subjects and put them at ease before filming takes place.

Can more than one person be featured in a film?

Absolutely! We can film a couple’s story in the same way that we film one person’s story. The key difference is the interview is done together. Or we can tell more complex stories with many interviews and perpectives shared, by creating a Bespoke Film unique to you.
